How the 90 days work

- Weeks 5 to 8: get your first sale. You build your offer, set your price, launch quietly to people who already know you, and close your first customer with a script for every conversation.
- Weeks 9 to 12: make it safe to leave. You build your pipeline, work out your runway and your exit date, and write your exit plan.
Everything is open from day one, so you set the pace. The 90 days is a rhythm to follow, and each evening the dashboard tells you the one step for today.
