Background
The story so far.
From recruitment to a writing agency
I spent more than fifteen years in recruitment and resume writing combined, starting at Michael Page and later at Manpower. Reading resumes from the hiring side showed me how fragile the single-employer model is, so I built my own income: a writing agency that served more than 30,000 clients and crossed $2.5M.
I ran it first from a laptop in Thailand, then from a campervan across thirteen countries, and finally from a house in rural Portugal that the business bought outright, where I still work today.
Two more businesses, both six figures
Alongside the agency, I founded two smaller businesses, and both grew to six figures.
Coaching people out of corporate
In 2024, I started coaching people in the careers space. More and more of them came to me for a new job when what they really wanted was to leave corporate and build a business of their own, so that became the focus of my work.
2025: the exit, and the first workshops
In 2025, AI reshaped the resume industry, and I exited the agency I had spent a decade building. The same year, I started running in-person business workshops, teaching the method face to face.
What I am doing now
I am bringing the workshops online, so women anywhere can build their business with me. I am also building a new business from scratch, in public, in 90 days, and recording the system as I go. Everything on this site is part of that system, and you can follow the build as it happens.
